TERMS AND CONDITIONS

An invoice and Terms & Conditions agreement will be sent to the client. Payment in full and a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt to secure any offered discounts. Failure to complete payment and signature within this time frame will result in forfeiture of all discounts and may affect scheduling availability.

1. Payment and Discounts

To qualify for any available discounts, payment must be made in full. Partial payments or deposits will not secure discount eligibility. Your payment serves as a retainer to reserve your discounted rate. Once your session is scheduled, no additional payments will be required unless a location fee applies or additional services are requested.

2. Scheduling and Availability

Scheduling for services will begin in 2026. Dates are subject to availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Wiregrass Photography cannot guarantee specific dates until confirmation booking link has been completed.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless explicitly authorized by Wiregrass Photography.

4. Credit for Unused Services

If the client is unable to utilize the service, any prepaid amount will remain as a credit on the client’s account. This credit may be applied toward future services until fully used. Credits are non-transferable and do not expire.

5. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a session, subject to availability. Wiregrass Photography reserves the right to charge a $100 rescheduling fee if less than 2 weeks notice is provided.

6. Failure to Appear / No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee and any discounts applied. No credits will be issued in such cases.
